After deciding that we wanted a detached garage/carriage house added to our property, we did lots of legwork to try and find the right contractor/builder for our project. We sought out referrals from neighbors and friends and searched the web extensively to try and find the right contractor for the job. After contacting several contractors and receiving several estimates for the job, we didn’t feel that we’d found the right option, so we re-engaged and searched some more. We happened upon Justham Custom Homes and initiated an email inquiry describing what we were looking for. We could literally see a very well-made, custom garage going up right in front of our eyes. Some of the initial contractors we contacted presented estimates that were very similar in scope and cost estimate to Justham Homes; however, they recommended we use sub-standard products like vinyl shutters and big box store quality cupolas, for instance. With Justham homes we got custom, handmade shutters, custom gable corbels, and a custom hand made cupola that matched perfectly with the look and texture of our existing home. Our neighbors who have stopped by to see his work have already asked us to send him their way for their projects. I would highly recommend Don Justham to make the repairs for a home inspection report. We had a number of items that we agreed to fix and Don handled each and every one. I met with Don to review the home inspection report. He made suggestions on how each could be fixed and his estimate was reasonable. We had a short time until closing and Don delivered on time.
