The home has a garage but it’s never large enough and it’s often just a storage area without room for a car. Designed to sit detached from the house, I have designed and built two car and three car garages with second floor offices, apartments and finished storage areas. A mini split system installed upstairs provides quiet and efficient climate control. Designed to match the house and blend with the landscaping, it adds tremendous value to the property.
