As we all know, a home’s garage is rarely large enough. A detached pole structure can solve that problem with an economical benefit. It eliminates the need/cost of footers and a foundation with the same end result; plenty of storage and room for that classic car, tool boxes, four wheelers and any hobby necessities.
Recently constructed a pole shop (28’x48′) fully enclosed, with metal roof and metal siding. It has four bays, two 10′ wide doors and one 18′ wide door for easy entry, a smooth finished concrete floor and four windows for plenty of lighting. Unfinished interior allows for installation of shelves and future custom electrical wiring. Ceiling height is a premium with scissor trusses creating plenty of overhead clearance for the that future car lift and storage. The concrete slab was designed to support the load requirements of a future car lift as well.
