Addition includes:

  • Kitchen
  • Family room
  • Addition space for the master bedroom
  • Recreation / bonus room
  • Office with half bath
  • Garage
  • Future living space

Description

The house addition is 3090 square feet, includes a spacious kitchen, and a very large open area that transitions from a dining room into a family room. The family room is accented with an enormous modern ceiling fan, cathedral ceiling and a floor to ceiling wood burning fireplace. The existing master bedroom remains with a transition to a new master bath and closet, along with an office, a half bath  just outside of the office and an enormous recreation/bonus room.  An unfinished bonus room of 945 square feet remains for future living space or storage.

The addition also includes a new three car garage allowing for generous parking space that wasn’t available at the existing residence.  A complete siding install and new roof for both old and new, provides for a transition less flow between the two structures. This makes for a quite large finished footprint.

Highlights

An energy efficient ducted mini split HVAC, sealed crawl space, tank less water heater,  granite counter tops , modern built to spec cabinets, a zero entry tile shower , and a custom cedar front porch, are just some of the highlights of the new home.

While classified as a house addition, it’s a grand, picturesque home with all of the upgrades and modern living comforts. Enjoy the photos and remember that a home addition, large or small  can provide the added space and all of the details that you are missing in your current home.
