Justham Homes. It is tried and true over a number of years of use and is constantly updated to
reflect current costing and the latest processes and materials available to builders. It allows you
to view all line item costs and establish a total cost so you can make decisions relative to the size
of the home before the plans are finalized at the planning and architectural stage. During the
build process you can monitor your expenditures versus your budget and adjust the level of
amenities and materials if desired and/or necessary to maintain your budget goals.

Budget Spreadsheet:

  • Self populates line items costs as you enter the home specifications
  • As you enter actual cost during the build it posts your actual cost to the budget page and tabulates variances for each item as well as the total variance
  • It allows you to document payments for materials and labor specific to the vendor and/or subcontractor
  • It tracks your date of payment and for of payment for accounting purposes
  • As you make adjustments to the aspects of the build, it will recalculate the changes and provide an updated budget cost.

  • Provides a step by step guide for ordering materials based on current lead times
  • Dictates the timely scheduling of labor to avoid delays
  • Shows when to schedule the correct inspection and all steps that must be completed prior to each inspection
  • Provides you a detailed process to follow that lowers the risk of missing important details or event.
